Choose a still image with a clear subject, then describe the motion you want rather than repeating every visual detail. Start with restrained subject or camera movement. The model can change details, so compare the clip with your source image before using it.

How do I prepare a PhotoCraft export?
Keep your editable project, then export a JPEG, PNG or WebP and check it in an image viewer. Choose one file smaller than 9.5 MB. For Seedance, each edge must be 301–5999 pixels and width divided by height must be strictly between 0.4 and 2.5. Upload the saved image here; there is no one-click transfer from PhotoCraft.
How do I describe motion?
Name the movement you want: a slow camera push, drifting clouds or a small turn of the subject. Avoid combining several conflicting actions in a short clip. Duration, ratio, resolution and generated audio are available only where the selected model supports them.
What can change in the result?
Seedance uses the image as a first-frame reference; Grok uses an image reference. The model may alter lettering, faces, small details or composition over time. Review the full clip against the still. This form does not lock individual objects, preserve PSD layers or accept multiple keyframes.
How do I save the video?
After a successful task, use the preview controls to inspect the clip and Open / save result to download it within 14 days. The provider determines the file format. Keep the still, editable project and clip separately; PhotoCraft is not a video editor. A timeout remains under review until delivery is confirmed, and closing the page does not cancel the task.
The displayed quote follows the KIE pricing snapshot of October 14, 2026. Credits are reserved before the request is submitted. Confirmed provider failures return the reservation; uncertain submissions are saved for review and are not automatically retried. Check Pricing for current purchase availability.
Download the generated clip within 14 days and use a video editor for further edits. PhotoCraft is an image editor: keep any source still and editable project separately. This is a separate cloud service and does not run PhotoCraft MCP.
Image to Video questions
Is the uploaded image used as a first frame?
Seedance receives it as a first-frame reference; Grok receives an image reference. Neither path guarantees pixel-perfect preservation throughout the clip.
Can I add multiple frames or a video reference?
This interface accepts one image. It does not expose multiple keyframes, video references or audio uploads. Keep the clip duration and resolution within the selected model's supported parameters.
Which still-image files can I use?
Upload one JPEG, PNG or WebP smaller than 9.5 MB. Seedance requires 301–5999 pixels on each edge and a ratio strictly between 0.4 and 2.5. Export PSD files to a supported flat image before uploading.
What output do I save after using PhotoCraft?
Save your PhotoCraft project separately, upload its flat export here, and download the generated clip after success. Use Open / save result within 14 days. The output is a video, not an editable PhotoCraft document; its format follows the provider response.
Do I need an account or subscription?
Sign in and keep enough credits for the displayed quote. One-time packs are $9.90 for 250 credits, $29.90 for 1,000 credits and $49.90 for 2,200 credits, with no automatic renewal or configured expiry. Check Pricing for purchase availability.
What happens if generation fails or times out?
A confirmed provider failure or rejection returns reserved credits once. A timeout alone does not confirm failure. Keep the task ID, avoid resubmitting, and contact [email protected]. Support checks KIE delivery records before recovering the result or returning credits.
Can I refund an unused credit purchase?
A completely unused purchase is eligible for a refund request within 72 hours of payment. Previous purchases and their use do not affect a new purchase. Any credits used from that purchase make it ineligible; pending task reservations must be resolved first. Request from your account and email [email protected] with the order ID.
Where are my inputs and results stored?
Prompts and submitted reference images are sent to KIE. Upload links expire after 24 hours and result links after 14 days; save results promptly. The site keeps account, task and payment records. Contact [email protected] for a deletion review; provider link expiry does not guarantee deletion of all backups.
