What should I describe?

Name the subject, its position, the setting, lighting and visual style. For example: a sandstone arch on the left, a sunset over the canyon on the right, warm natural light, room for a title. State what matters most first; exact lettering and object placement still need review.

What affects the result?

The model, prompt and aspect ratio affect composition. GPT Image offers 1K, 2K and 4K resolution choices; Grok Image uses its supported aspect ratios. This interface requests one image per task. A larger output changes the quote where applicable and does not guarantee better composition.

How can I use the result in PhotoCraft?

When the task succeeds, use Open / save result to download the image. Open that saved file in PhotoCraft, keep a separate editable project and add text or layout there. The image is flat media, not a layered PSD. Files are not automatically transferred between tools.

What does an image cost?

Grok Image uses 4 credits per image. GPT Image uses 3, 10 or 16 credits for 1K, 2K or 4K. Check the quote and your account balance before submitting. Credits are reserved once and returned on confirmed provider failure. Purchases are one-time packs.

Can I control exact text or likeness?

Prompts guide the model but do not guarantee exact lettering, identity or layout. Review generated details, then save the image and open it manually in PhotoCraft for editing.

Which image format will I receive?

The selected model returns a downloadable image link. File format follows the provider output; this form does not offer a guaranteed format selector. Save the result before its link expires.

What inputs and output count does this form support?

Enter a text prompt within the selected model's displayed character limit and choose a supported ratio and resolution. No image reference is required. Each submission requests one image, not an image batch.

How do I keep an editable copy?

Download the generated image, open it in PhotoCraft and save a separate project after editing. The generated file has no editable text or PSD layers, and the tool does not automatically send it to the editor.

Do I need an account or subscription?

Sign in and keep enough credits for the displayed quote. One-time packs are $9.90 for 250 credits, $29.90 for 1,000 credits and $49.90 for 2,200 credits, with no automatic renewal or configured expiry. Check Pricing for purchase availability.

What happens if generation fails or times out?

A confirmed provider failure or rejection returns reserved credits once. A timeout alone does not confirm failure. Keep the task ID, avoid resubmitting, and contact [email protected]. Support checks KIE delivery records before recovering the result or returning credits.

Can I refund an unused credit purchase?

A completely unused purchase is eligible for a refund request within 72 hours of payment. Previous purchases and their use do not affect a new purchase. Any credits used from that purchase make it ineligible; pending task reservations must be resolved first. Request from your account and email [email protected] with the order ID.

Where are my inputs and results stored?

Prompts and submitted reference images are sent to KIE. Upload links expire after 24 hours and result links after 14 days; save results promptly. The site keeps account, task and payment records. Contact [email protected] for a deletion review; provider link expiry does not guarantee deletion of all backups.
