PhotoCraft.club publishes this independent site. Contact [email protected]for account access, payment verification, refund requests, task delays and privacy requests. Include your account email, full task or order ID, the approximate time and a description of the issue. Never send passwords, card numbers or confidential files. Site service support is separate from the upstream project.

Saved tasks remain visible in your account. A submission marked uncertain should be reviewed before any new submission; do not repeat it to try to force a result.

For a refund, request from your account within 72 hours of payment while that purchase is completely unused, then email its order ID. Prior purchases do not affect eligibility. For delayed tasks, support verifies delivery before recovering a result or returning credits. There is no guaranteed response or completion time.
