Browser editing stays on your device
The hosted upstream editor and lightweight sample demo process selected files in your browser. They do not upload your editing document to our application server. The upstream editor uses local browser storage for preferences; save work before closing. Loading application assets still sends ordinary web requests.
AI reference images leave your device
When you submit an image-based AI task, your reference is sent to our server and then to KIE’s upload service. Prompts and accessible reference links are sent to KIE to create the task. Do not submit sensitive files or files you are not entitled to process.
The current upload service expires uploaded links after 24 hours. Generated result links are provided by KIE and expire after 14 days. This site currently stores result links, not permanent media copies. Download results promptly. Provider retention beyond these link lifetimes is governed by its policies; link expiry is not a promise that all backups are erased.
Account and task records
We store your email, a salted password hash for email accounts, expiring session identifiers, credit balance, task parameters (including prompts and reference links), status and result links in the site database. Only the owning signed-in account can read task records through the application.
If you choose Google sign-in, Google verifies your identity and shares your account identifier, verified email and display name. We store these details to sign you in and show your name. We do not receive your Google password or retain Google access or refresh tokens. Connecting Google to an existing email account requires signing in to that account first.
AI draft prompts and model parameters are stored in this browser’s session storage and removed when the browser session ends or you clear it. Selected reference images are saved locally in this browser to restore your draft after refresh, sign-in or checkout. They can be restored for up to 24 hours; expired copies are removed the next time workspace storage is updated. Use Remove image in the workspace or clear this site’s browser storage to delete a saved reference. Saving a draft does not upload it to KIE. We use Plausible via plau.aigo.tools for aggregate site traffic measurement. We do not use advertising trackers.
Payment and order records
When checkout is available, Stripe hosts the primary payment page. We send your account identifier, email, selected pack and order reference to Stripe. Card details are entered on its checkout page; our application does not collect or store card numbers. We retain order references, amounts, credit grants and the verified webhook fields needed to reconcile payments and refunds. Checkout links contain temporary access tokens and should not be shared.
Retention and deletion
No automatic purge schedule for account, order or task records is configured. Account deletion and provider-side deletion requests are not available as automated controls. Email [email protected]from your account email to request access, correction or deletion review. Include relevant task or order IDs, not passwords or confidential files. Support verifies ownership and identifies records that must be retained for unresolved payments, disputes or accounting. Provider-side requests are handled separately; we do not promise a fixed deletion deadline.
The session cookie is essential for sign-in, is not readable by browser scripts, and expires after seven days. Local drafts and editor preferences can be cleared using your browser’s site storage controls.
A separate HttpOnly cookie remembers your first visit for one year. We store a source category, campaign label, referring hostname and entry-page path, not the full referring URL or other query parameters. These details are attached to a new account when it is created.
