Rates depend on the selected model, resolution and video duration. These tools support text and image inputs. Settings without a confirmed price are unavailable for generation.
What happens to credits during generation?
The displayed credits are held when you submit and spent when your generation succeeds. A confirmed failure returns those credits to your balance. Checking progress does not cost extra. If a submission cannot be confirmed, we keep it for review to avoid starting or charging for the same task twice.
Free editing is a separate workflow.
Editor access, public guides and official downloads do not require AI credits. AI generation uses credits based on the selected model and output settings. Check the displayed quote and your account balance before submitting. No credit expiry rule is configured.
Refunds for unused purchases
A completely unused purchase can be submitted for a refund within 72 hours of payment. Earlier purchases and their use do not affect it. Credits are spent from older balances first, then from purchases in payment order. A pending generation holds its allocated credits until resolved. Request a refund from your account, then email [email protected] with the order ID. A purchase with any consumed credits is not refundable. Failed generations return their reservation; they do not automatically refund a payment.
