What can I change?

Describe a change to the reference, such as a different background, warmer light or another visual style. Choose one JPEG, PNG or WebP smaller than 9.5 MB. Export a PSD to a flat image first; layered documents and image batches are not accepted by this form.

How much of my image is preserved?

The reference guides a new image. It does not lock every face, letter, edge or object, and there is no exact-preservation control. Name the details you want to keep, compare the result with the original and use PhotoCraft for precise text or layer edits.

How do I continue editing?

Download the new image with Open / save result, then open the saved file in PhotoCraft. Retain the source and save a separate project. The result is one flat image; original PSD layers are not recovered. A finished still can also be uploaded separately to Image to Video.

Where is the upload processed?

Selecting a reference keeps it local. Submitting sends it through this site's server to KIE, together with the prompt and model settings. Upload links expire after 24 hours and result links after 14 days. Link expiry is not a guarantee of deletion from every provider backup.

Will the model preserve every detail?

No exact preservation is guaranteed. Inspect faces, text, edges and small objects against the original. Keep an original copy and use the editor for precise local changes.

When is my reference image uploaded?

Choosing a file stays local until you submit. Submission uploads the reference through the site to KIE. Only upload images you have permission to process; do not upload confidential material.

Can I upload a PSD, and what will I receive?

Upload one JPEG, PNG or WebP smaller than 9.5 MB. Export a PSD to one of those formats first. Each request creates one new flat image. The returned file format follows the model response; this is not a layered PSD editor.

How do I move the result into PhotoCraft?

Use Open / save result, download the image and open it manually in PhotoCraft. Keep the original and save edits as a separate project. There is no automatic file transfer.

Do I need an account or subscription?

Sign in and keep enough credits for the displayed quote. One-time packs are $9.90 for 250 credits, $29.90 for 1,000 credits and $49.90 for 2,200 credits, with no automatic renewal or configured expiry. Check Pricing for purchase availability.

What happens if generation fails or times out?

A confirmed provider failure or rejection returns reserved credits once. A timeout alone does not confirm failure. Keep the task ID, avoid resubmitting, and contact [email protected]. Support checks KIE delivery records before recovering the result or returning credits.

Can I refund an unused credit purchase?

A completely unused purchase is eligible for a refund request within 72 hours of payment. Previous purchases and their use do not affect a new purchase. Any credits used from that purchase make it ineligible; pending task reservations must be resolved first. Request from your account and email [email protected] with the order ID.

Where are my inputs and results stored?

Prompts and submitted reference images are sent to KIE. Upload links expire after 24 hours and result links after 14 days; save results promptly. The site keeps account, task and payment records. Contact [email protected] for a deletion review; provider link expiry does not guarantee deletion of all backups.
