Availability and purchases
One-time packs are $9.90 / 250 credits, $29.90 / 1,000 credits, and $49.90 / 2,200 credits. USD prices include tax: the final total must match the listed price. A disabled purchase button does not create an order. No subscription, automatic renewal or credit expiration rule is configured.
Purchase buttons show current checkout availability. Sales are enabled only after payment and service checks are complete. Promotional credits, when offered, appear in your account with their terms.
Payment confirmation and refunds
Checkout, when available, opens on Stripe in the same tab. Credits are added to the account that created the order only after a verified payment notification and server-side order checks. Returning from checkout alone does not add credits. Duplicate notifications do not add credits twice.
An unresolved order stays under verification. Avoid making another payment while it is unresolved. Test-mode payments never add spendable credits. Returning credits after a failed generation is separate from refunding a payment.
Refunds within 72 hours for an unused purchase
You may request a full refund within 72 hours of payment if none of the credits from that purchase have been used. Any consumed credits from that purchase make it non-refundable. Earlier purchases and their use do not affect a new purchase.
Generation uses older untracked account credits first, then purchased credits in payment order. Pending tasks reserve credits from their purchase; wait for their outcome before requesting a refund. Confirmed failures return credits to the original purchase. Legacy orders without reliable usage or payment-time records require support verification.
Use “Request refund & hold these credits” in your account, then email [email protected] with your order ID. An accepted request records its time and removes that purchase’s credits from the spendable balance while support processes the reversal. This does not mean the money has already been returned. Support verifies the full refund with Stripe before marking it completed. Processing and bank posting times vary; no fixed completion time is promised.
If your order or the request button is unavailable, contact the same address within the 72-hour window for review. Do not send card numbers, passwords or private source files. A duplicate charge or disputed payment should also be reported with its order references.
How a generation uses credits
Model formulas follow the October 14, 2026 KIE pricing snapshot. Site credits use those same numeric rates. The quote displayed before submission is reserved atomically; a successful result consumes that quoted amount. KIE’s reported actual usage is recorded separately for reconciliation.
A confirmed failure or business rejection returns the reserved credits once. A timeout during submission is an uncertain task: it is not automatically retried or refunded because the provider may have accepted it. The reservation remains held for review. No automatic cancellation is offered.
If the task stays queued or its status cannot be confirmed, email [email protected] with the full task ID. Support checks the saved request and KIE delivery records. A recovered job is linked to its original task; a confirmed failure or confirmed non-delivery returns the reservation once. Age alone is not evidence of failure.
Unknown-price specifications, automatic video duration, draft pricing and unverified video reference inputs are not offered for submission. There is no partial-result billing mode in this build.
Your inputs and generated results
Use only inputs you have permission to process. AI outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable and should be reviewed before use. This site makes no universal claim of commercial rights, exclusive ownership or exact preservation of text and faces. Results are temporary provider links; download them promptly.
Editor and upstream software
The upstream editor is early-alpha software under its own licenses. Keep original files and verify exported work. This site does not guarantee Photoshop compatibility, plugin support or production fitness for a particular document.
Paid AI credits do not gate the editor, public guides or official download links.
